XM19 stainless steel contains a special combination of chromium (20–23%), nickel (11–13%), molybdenum (1.5–3%), and nitrogen for enhanced strength. XM19 nuts provide yield strength of 380–620 MPa and tensile strength of up to 900 MPa. XM19 nuts are non-magnetic and exhibit superior resistance to chloride-induced corrosion, galling, and wear. The nuts maintain mechanical integrity within cryogenic and elevated temperatures and exhibit elongation of up to 50% for long-term performance under stress and vibration.
