Harshita Stainless is a trusted manufacturer and supplier of Stainless Steel XM19 Bars in Delhi, India. Precisely known for their exceptional strength and corrosion resistance, XM19 (or Nitronic 50) bars are engineered to meet critical applications with high durability and performance. Our XM19 bars are high-precision machined using high-quality raw materials and cutting-edge production processes. Having superior mechanical strength, such bars surpass numerous typical stainless grades, particularly in marine, chemical, and industrial conditions. Harshita Stainless offers bars in different sizes and finishes, providing quality products that comply with ASTM and international standards across India.
XM19 stainless steel includes around 20–23% chromium, 11–13% nickel, 4–6% manganese, and the addition of nitrogen and molybdenum. It provides tensile strength of 690–900 MPa, yield strength of approximately 380–620 MPa, and elongation of 35–50%. XM19 possesses better corrosion resistance than 316 and close to double the 304 yield strength. It is ideal for high-stress applications due to its high work-hardening rate, non-magnetism, and superb toughness. It also maintains strength and toughness at cryogenic and elevated temperatures, providing excellent resistance to crevice and pitting corrosion.
