We produce our stainless steel stud bolts typically with SS 304, 316, and 321 grades. These materials have a balanced composition of chromium (18–20%) and nickel (8–12%), with molybdenum added in 316 for excellent corrosion resistance. Mechanical properties are tensile strength of 600–750 MPa and yield strength of 240–350 MPa. The bolts have high durability, thermal resistance, and dimensional accuracy.
