Stainless Steel Seamless Tubing is offered in grades 304, 316, 316L, 321, and 904L. The nominal composition consists of 18–20% chromium and 8–12% nickel; 316 and 904L also add molybdenum for improved corrosion resistance. Tubes have high tensile strength (500–750 MPa) and yield strength (200–350 MPa) and good elongation properties (~35–45%). The weld-free construction ensures homogeneity and pressure and thermal cycling resistance. Seamless design provides improved dimensional accuracy, internal smoothness, and long-term performance in aggressive applications.
