Our stainless steel elbows are made in grades SS 304, 316, and 316L, having 18–20% chromium, 8–12% nickel, and molybdenum in 316 grades. They have tensile strength of 500–750 MPa, yield strength of about 200–300 MPa, and elongation of up to 35–40%. Precision machining provides consistent wall thickness, smooth interior surfaces, and close bend radii. Our elbows resist corrosion, tolerate thermal cycles well, and withstand mechanical stress and pressure and retain structural properties and sealing performance under critical operating conditions.
