Harshita Stainless provides high-quality Stainless Steel Mechanical Tubing from Delhi, India. Designed for mechanical and structural uses, our tubing provides accurate dimensions, uniform wall thickness, and fine surface finish. Available in various sizes, lengths, and grades to address engineering and fabrication needs, these tubes are produced using cold- or hot-finished processes, providing excellent strength and formability. Applied extensively as structural elements in industrial and architectural applications, Harshita Stainless mechanical tubing delivers dependable performance and structural stability to India‘s infrastructure and machinery markets.
Mechanical tubing grades are 304, 304L, 316, and 316L having chromium (18–20%) and nickel (8–12%). 316 grades contain molybdenum for better corrosion resistance. Tensile strength is usually 500–700 MPa, yield strength 200–300 MPa, and elongation 30–40%. Tubes are cold-finished for close tolerances and mirror finish. They have good resistance to mechanical stress, fatigue, and environmental corrosion and retain high strength-to-weight ratio, and hence they are suitable for load-bearing and dynamic structural uses.
