Harshita Stainless is a renowned supplier of Delhi, India, for Stainless Steel Foil with ultra-thin metal foil made from high-quality stainless grades. Our foils are produced through precise cold-rolling and annealing and are available in thickness levels ranging from 0.005 mm to 0.5 mm. Relying on good uniformity, corrosion protection, and tensile strength, these foils are applied for industrial, electrical, and decorative purposes. Harshita Stainless provides tailored foil solutions with tight thickness tolerances, clean surfaces, and customizable finishes to meet OEM and fabrication requirements across India.
Stainless steel foil is manufactured in types such as 304, 316L, and 430, with chromium (16–20%) and nickel (8–12%). Tensile strength is 450–650 MPa with 200–350 MPa yield strength. Cold rolling gives excellent surface smoothness and mechanical uniformity. Foil retains flexibility, formability, and corrosion and oxidation resistance. It offers good electrical conductivity and heat stability for industrial applications.

To choose the right stainless steel foil, consider the required grade, thickness, and properties like corrosion resistance, strength, and thermal performance for your application. Match these to industry standards and specific environmental or functional needs.
The pressure rating of stainless steel foil depends on its thickness, grade, and application. Typically, it is not designed to handle high pressures, as it is a thin material mainly used for insulation, shielding, or wrapping.
Yes, stainless steel foil can be used at high temperatures, as it offers excellent heat resistance. Its performance depends on the grade, with some, like 310S or 321, handling temperatures above 1000°C.
Applied in gaskets, shields, heat exchangers, electronic parts, EMI/RFI shielding, decorative laminates, and insulation wraps, stainless steel foil serves numerous industries. In electrical use, it is used as shielding or conductive materials; in HVAC and insulation, as protective covering. In architecture and art, it offers smooth metallic finishes. Harshita Stainless provides foils in Delhi and India to OEMs, fabricators, and designers that require top–level stainless foil solutions.
