Harshita Stainless, from Delhi, India, is a well-established manufacturer and supplier of premium Stainless Steel Elbows. These pipe fittings are required to alter the direction of the flow of fluid or gas through a piping system. Our elbows are made with high–quality stainless steel including SS 304, 316, and 316L and provide superior corrosion resistance, strength, and pressure withstanding capabilities. Coming in 45°, 90°, and 180° angles, and short-radius or long-radius types, these elbows meet international standards such as ANSI, ASME, and DIN. Harshita Stainless provides precise, dependable elbows to customers in various industries across India.
Our Stainless Steel Elbows are made of grades SS 304, 316, and 316L, with 18–20% chromium and 8–12% nickel, along with molybdenum in 316/316L for enhanced corrosion resistance. They have tensile strength of 500–750 MPa and yield strength of 200–300 MPa. They are used for high-pressure and high-temperature conditions with smooth inner walls to minimize pressure drop and flow resistance. Their mechanical strength guarantees extended service life, whereas stress corrosion cracking and pitting resistance makes them ideal for aggressive and sanitary conditions.

Yes, stainless steel elbows can be welded using methods like TIG, MIG, or stick welding. Proper technique, filler material, and heat management ensure strong, corrosion-resistant joints.
Stainless steel elbows resist corrosion due to chromium content forming a protective oxide layer. However, exposure to harsh conditions like chlorides or acidic environments may cause localized corrosion, such as pitting or crevice corrosion.
Yes, stainless steel elbows are suitable for natural gas applications due to their durability, corrosion resistance, and ability to handle high pressure and temperature, ensuring safe and reliable performance.
Stainless steel elbows made from austenitic grades (e.g., 304, 316) are generally non-magnetic. However, cold working or certain ferritic or martensitic grades may exhibit slight magnetic properties.
Stainless Steel Elbows find extensive applications in chemical processing plants, oil & gas pipes, food and beverage piping, pharmaceutical plants, and water treatment plants. They provide smooth turning of direction in process lines with low turbulence and leakage. For industrial, sanitary, or architectural piping, elbows play a crucial role in system integrity and flow efficiency. Harshita Stainless provides elbows throughout Delhi and India, serving industries that require high performance, corrosion-resistant, and compliance with exacting operating and safety standards in their piping infrastructure.
