Harshita Stainless produces and exports Stainless Steel Diaphragm Valves from Delhi, India, for sanitary and corrosion-resistant flow control requirements in demanding industries. The valves consist of a flexible diaphragm that seals off against a weir or seat, providing leak-proof performance. Made of SS 304, 316, and 316L, these valves are suitable for hygienic processes like pharmaceuticals, food and beverage processing, and handling chemicals. Our SS 316 or 316L diaphragm valves consist of 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, and 2–3% molybdenum. These diaphragm valves show good corrosion resistance and mechanical strength with a pressure rating of up to 10 bar and up to 180°C temperature tolerance. The elastomer diaphragm provides a leak-tight seal, while stainless steel body can withstand chemicals and wear. Mechanical features are tensile strength of 500–700 MPa and great fatigue resistance, which allow for consistent performance in repetitive cycling.
