Manufactured from SS 304/304L and 316L, these fittings contain 18–20% chromium, 8–12% nickel, and molybdenum in 316L. They provide tensile strength of 500–700 MPa and yield strength of 200–300 MPa. The fittings are manufactured using smooth, polished internal surfaces and Burr-free finishing to avoid contamination. They can resist repeated cleaning cycles, thermal stress (up to 150 °C), and corrosion and oxidation resistance in dairy and food-grade conditions.
