Harshita Stainless is a well-established manufacturer and supplier of Stainless Steel Coils in Delhi, India. There are hot-rolled and cold-rolled types available that provide outstanding strength, surface finish, and resistance to corrosion. The coils are produced in grades such as 304, 316, 409, and 430 with multiple thicknesses, widths, and finishes (2B, BA, No.4, mirror). Applied in manufacturing, construction, and industrial processing, our stainless steel coils comply with international standards like ASTM, JIS, and DIN. Harshita Stainless provides superior coils all over India, assuring uninterrupted supply for production, construction, and heavy industry.
Fabricated from SS 304, 316, 409, or 430, these coils have 18–20% chromium, 8–12% nickel, with molybdenum in 316 for improved corrosion resistance. Some of their mechanical properties are tensile strength of 500–750 MPa and yield strength of 200–300 MPa. Cold-rolled coils have better surface finish and dimensional accuracy, and hot-rolled coils have better formability. The coils retain strength under stress, have resistance to oxidation, and are easily welded, cut, and shaped into different products

When selecting stainless steel coils, consider the alloy grade for corrosion resistance, strength, and durability, as well as the coil thickness and finish for specific application requirements. Additionally, ensure compatibility with environmental and mechanical conditions.
Stainless steel coils generally have inherent corrosion resistance, but additional coatings may be applied for extra protection in highly corrosive environments. Coatings such as passivation, galvanization, or powder coating can enhance their longevity.
Yes, we provide ss coils standard and customized dimensions and polishes to meet your specific project requirements. For more details mail us on sales@harshitastainless.co.in
When selecting stainless steel coils, consider factors like the required corrosion resistance, strength, and formability for the intended application. Also, ensure compatibility with environmental conditions and manufacturing processes.
Stainless Steel Coils find applications in HVAC ducting, car panels, kitchen appliances, elevators, roofs, and chemical tanks. They are also critical in manufacturing tubes and pipes, ornamental uses, machine covers, and white appliances. Food-grade coils are utilized in processing machinery and packaging containers. With good formability, rust and heat resistance, Harshita Stainless provides stainless steel coils in Delhi and India for the requirements of OEMs, fabricators, and industrial producers requiring reliable raw material for shaping and transformation.
