Stainless Steel 430Ti pipes are produced in Delhiand India to meet the needs of heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant applications. Grade 430Ti is a ferritic stainless steel that is stabilized with titanium, enhancing weldability and preventing intergranular corrosion. These pipes come in both welded and seamless forms and comply with ASTM and ASME standards. Known for good oxidation resistance and moderate strength, they are used in exhaust systems, heat exchangers, and architectural applications. Manufacturers provide various sizes, wall thicknesses, and surface finishes to meet local and export demands while ensuring accurate dimensions and high surface quality.
Stainless Steel 430Ti generally includes 16 to 18% chromium, up to 0.75% nickel, up to 0.12% carbon, and sufficient titanium to stabilize the structure. The titanium helps neutralize carbon, avoiding sensitization during welding. It has a tensile strength of 450 to 600 MPa, a yield strength of around 205 MPa, and elongation of about 20%. The ferritic structure gives it magnetic properties and moderate ductility. While it may not be as corrosion-resistant as austenitic grades, 430Ti exhibits strong performance in mildly corrosive situations and performs better after welding than unstabilized ferritic steels.

All the Stainless Steel 430Ti pipes undergo rigorous tests conducted by Harshita Stainless to ensure their quality as per the industry norms. Every pipe has to undergo tough inspections, like mechanical property tests, chemical analyses, and measurements. Certificates of compliance issued include material test reports (MTR) as proof of their quality, traceability, and adherence to international specifications.
Stainless Steel 430Ti ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) pipes are made by welding stainless steel strips, offering excellent corrosion resistance and strength, ideal for automotive exhaust systems and kitchen equipment.
Stainless Steel 430Ti EFW (Electric Fusion Welded) pipes are produced through fusion welding of stainless steel plates, providing high strength and corrosion resistance for industrial applications and automotive parts.
Stainless Steel 430Ti LSAW (Longitudinally Submerged Arc Welded) pipes are manufactured using submerged arc welding, offering superior strength and resistance to oxidation for large-diameter, high-temperature applications.
Stainless Steel 430Ti Seamless pipes are made without welding, providing uniform strength and excellent corrosion resistance, ideal for automotive exhaust systems, kitchen equipment, and industrial processes.
Stainless Steel 430Ti Welded pipes are produced by welding stainless steel sections, offering good strength and corrosion resistance, suitable for use in automotive, kitchen, and industrial applications.
Stainless Steel 430Ti Square pipes feature a square cross-section, offering structural support and high corrosion resistance, ideal for architectural and industrial applications where durability and aesthetics are important.
430Ti stainless steel pipes are used in moderately corrosive and high-temperature settings, including automotive exhaust systems, chimney liners, gas burners, kitchen equipment, and furnace ducting. They are also used in architectural interiors, structural tubing, and flue gas systems because of their oxidation resistance and appealing surface finish. The titanium stabilization helps avoid weld decay, making these pipes suitable for welded constructions in thermal equipment. Industries such as HVAC, energy, and domestic appliances prefer 430Ti for its blend of performance and cost-effectiveness. Manufacturers in Delhiand India cater to both bulk and customized orders for regional and international needs.
