In Dubai and India, manufacturers produce top-quality Stainless Steel 348 and 348H forged fittings. Grade 348/348H (UNS S34800/S34809) are chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels stabilized with columbium or tantalum. They provide superior strength and resistance to high-temperature corrosion and carbide precipitation. Available in forged tees, elbows, reducers, and caps, these fittings meet ASTM A182 standards. With precise forging and machining, suppliers ensure dimensional accuracy, full traceability, and certifications. These fittings are widely supplied to power plants, petrochemical complexes, and heat exchanger systems that require reliable high-temperature piping transitions.
SS 348/348H contains 17% to 20% chromium, 9% to 13% nickel, and is stabilized with columbium/tantalum (around 5 times carbon) with carbon limited to 0.08% for 348 and 0.10% for 348H. Mechanical strength in the annealed condition shows tensile strength around 515 to 620 MPa, yield strength around 205 to 275 MPa, and elongation of approximately 35%. These grades offer high resistance to creep and stress-rupture at elevated temperatures. Stabilization prevents carbide precipitation, preserving grain-boundary integrity during thermal cycling. These mechanical properties assure reliable performance in sustained high-temperature service.

At Harshita Stainless, all stainless steel 348/348H forged fittings are rigorously tested to ensure they meet international quality standards. Each product is tested for durability, corrosion resistance and high temperature performance. Accredited by recognized authorities, we issue Material Testing Reports (MTRs) for our fittings, ensuring reliability and customer confidence with every purchase.
Corrosion-resistant and ideal for high-temperature applications, these fittings provide robust, leak-proof connections. Common sizes range from ½” to 4″ in diameter. Socket weld fittings are used in industries like chemical processing and petrochemicals for their strength and reliability.
Offering excellent corrosion resistance, these fittings are designed for high-stress and high-temperature applications. Available sizes typically range from ¼” to 2″ in diameter. They ensure secure and leak-free connections and are ideal for use in oil and gas industries.
Highly resistant to corrosion, this elbow facilitates changes in direction with a 45-degree bend. Standard sizes range from ½” to 4″ in diameter. It redirects its flow in pipelines, especially in chemical and petrochemical industries.
Featuring superior corrosion resistance, this tee allows for branching off a main line. Sizes generally range from ¼” to 2″ in diameter. They are commonly used in high-temperature and high-pressure environments, ensuring durability and reliability in critical applications.
Known for its corrosion resistance, this half coupling is used to join pipes or tubes of the same diameter. Typical sizes range from ¼” to 2″ in diameter. It is essential for creating extensions or connections in industrial piping systems.
Corrosion-resistant and durable, this cross-fitting allows four-way connections in piping systems. Available in sizes from ½” to 4″ in diameter. It’s used in complex pipeline networks to facilitate multiple branch connections, especially in chemical and petrochemical industries.
Stainless Steel 348/348H forged fittings are perfect for high-temperature piping systems, such as turbine exhaust lines, boiler headers, heat exchangers, petrochemical reactors, and steam pipelines. Their stabilization reduces intergranular corrosion in prolonged exposure to high heat (over 800 °F), making them suitable for power generation, chemical processing, refineries, and thermal plants. They are commonly used in situations requiring resistance to weld decay and maintaining dimensional stability under thermal cycling. Forged fittings provide strength and leak-tight seals at pressure-bearing transitions. Manufacturers in Dubai and India offer ASTM-certified, high-integrity fittings for critical infrastructure with strict tolerances.
