Manufacturers in Dubai and India create high-quality Stainless Steel 347/347H forged fittings. These fittings are known for their strong durability and resistance to corrosion in high-temperature settings. They come in shapes like elbows, tees, couplings, and caps and meet international standards such as ASTM A182. SS 347/347H is stabilized with columbium or tantalum, which helps prevent intergranular corrosion during heating. They are used in industries like petrochemical, oil and gas, power generation, and marine sectors. These fittings provide excellent durability and weldability. With ISO-certified production and strict testing, suppliers ensure quality and traceability in forged parts for pressure piping and thermal processing lines.
SS 347/347H is an austenitic stainless steel containing 17 to 20% chromium, 9 to 13% nickel, and columbium or tantalum for stabilization. In 347, the carbon content is up to 0.08%, and in 347H, it is up to 0.10%. This material has a tensile strength of 515 to 620 MPa, a yield strength of 205 to 275 MPa, and around 35% elongation. The alloy remains strong under high temperatures and repeated heating. The stabilizers help avoid carbide precipitation, improving weldability and resistance to corrosion at grain boundaries, making it reliable for long-term use in thermal and corrosive conditions.

With excellent resistance to corrosion and high temperatures, this tee connects three sections of pipe, allowing for changes in direction. Available in sizes from 1/4″ to 4″ NPT.
Featuring strong corrosion resistance and suitability for high-temperature use, this coupling connects a pipe to a threaded fitting. Common sizes include 1/4″ to 2″ NPT.
Known for its durability and resistance to corrosive environments, this cross-fitting enables four-way connections between pipes. Available in sizes from 1/2″ to 2″, it ensures robust and reliable performance.
Stainless Steel 347/347H forged fittings are common in high-temperature and high-pressure situations. Industries such as petrochemical plants, refineries, power generation units, and heat exchangers frequently use these fittings. They are crucial in steam pipelines, furnace manifolds, exhaust ducting, and superheater headers, where resistance to sensitization is vital. Their great weldability and heat stability make them suitable for continuous high-temperature operations. 347H, with its higher carbon content, is often chosen for applications needing better creep resistance. Their strength, corrosion resistance, and reliable sealing under pressure ensure lasting performance in demanding industrial systems and structural joints.
