Stainless Steel 316Ti is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel that contains 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and about 0.5% titanium, with a low carbon content (≤0.08%). The addition of titanium boosts resistance to intergranular corrosion, especially after welding. SS 316Ti fasteners boast a tensile strength of 550–700 MPa, yield strength of 240–290 MPa, elongation of 40–50%, and hardness around 80–90 HRB.
