Our focus on Stainless Steel 316/316L Forged Fittings demonstrates our dedication to quality, reliability, and innovation. These fittings are engineered to the highest industry standards, providing superior corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and dimensional accuracy. We provide critical industries like chemical processing, petrochemicals, oil & gas, and shipping industries. Harshita Stainless prioritizes customer satisfaction—we offer cost-effective, reliable, and high-quality stainless steel solutions for changing industrial needs in India and overseas markets.
Stainless Steel 316/316L Forged Fittings contain 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and low carbon in the 316L grade for enhanced weldability and decreased carbide precipitation. These alloys have outstanding corrosion resistance against chlorides, acids, and marine conditions. They exhibit high tensile and yield strength, good ductility, and crevice and pitting corrosion resistance. The fittings remain strong and undamaged under elevated temperatures and pressure and are best suited to demanding industrial conditions. Their longevity and accuracy ensure efficient service life and consistent performance even in aggressive chemical and structural conditions.

These fittings are available in various sizes, typically from 1/8″ to 4″ in diameter. They are designed for high-pressure applications and provide excellent resistance to corrosion, especially in marine environments.
Threaded fittings come in sizes ranging from 1/8″ to 6″. They offer superior corrosion resistance and are ideal for use in aggressive environments such as chemical processing and marine applications.
This elbow fitting is commonly available in sizes from 1/2″ to 4″. It facilitates smooth flow changes and resists corrosion effectively, making it suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature systems.
Threaded tees are available in sizes ranging from 1/8″ to 6″. They are used to connect three pipes at a junction and offer excellent resistance to corrosion and high temperatures.
This fitting is typically available in sizes from 1/8″ to 4″. It is used to connect a pipe to another fitting or equipment and provides high resistance to corrosion and wear.
Available in sizes from 1/2″ to 4″, the socket weld cross is used to connect four pipes at right angles. It offers excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for high-pressure applications.
Stainless Steel 316/316L Forged Fittings are critical in those industries that require strength, hygiene, and resistance to corrosion. Industries involving the pharmaceutical and food sectors, marine conditions, oil & gas processing, and chemical plants use common applications. They apply the fittings in pipelines, reactors, valves, and pressure vessels in environments with corrosive materials and under pressure. Their excellent resistance to chloride corrosion is the reason they are best suited for coastal and offshore installations. In power plants, aerospace systems, and desalination systems, they ensure stable, long-term performance. Due to their non-reactive character and superior durability, they find widespread use in critical operations demanding safety, reliability, and structural stability.
