Stainless Steel 304 valves are made in Dubai and India to provide effective fluid control in corrosive and sanitary environments. These valves include ball, gate, check, globe, and butterfly types and are produced from SS 304 under ASTM A351 standards. SS 304 provides excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion, making these valves ideal for water treatment, food processing, petrochemical, and HVAC systems. Known for their reliability, SS 304 valves maintain pressure integrity and are easy to clean, functioning well across a wide range of temperatures and pressures. SS 304 consists of 18–20% chromium, 8–12% nickel, and ≤0.08% carbon. These valves have a tensile strength of 515–620 MPa and a yield strength of 205 MPa, with elongation of about 35%. The alloy provides strong corrosion resistance, good machinability, and effective sealing under pressure. SS 304 valves remain durable under varying temperatures, are non-magnetic in their annealed state, and withstand mild acidic and oxidizing conditions. Their mechanical strength and thermal resilience make them dependable for both residential and industrial applications.
