Stainless Steel 304/304L forged fittings are made in Dubai and India to act as long-lasting and corrosion-resistant parts in piping systems. In socket weld and threaded forms, these fittings consist of elbows, tees, couplings, and unions produced under ASTM A182 specifications. The combination of 304 and 304L provides a balanced solution with superior corrosion resistance and improved weldability. These fittings are suitable for industries having high standards of hygiene like food processing, pharmaceuticals, and chemical works. Their mechanical integrity and clean surface finish guarantee long-lasting, leak-tight performance in pressurized and non-pressurized fluid systems.
SS 304/304L forged fittings have 18–20% chromium, 8–12% nickel, and ≤0.08% (304) or ≤0.03% (304L) carbon. They provide tensile strength of 485–620 MPa, yield strength of 170–210 MPa, and elongation of approximately 35%. The low-carbon form (304L) has enhanced resistance to welding sensitization, whereas 304 gives balanced strength and corrosion resistance. The fittings are highly formable and non-magnetic in the annealed condition. They are simple to machine and weld without affecting reliability in sanitary and industrial piping systems.

These fittings offer excellent corrosion resistance, particularly against oxidation and atmospheric corrosion. Typically available in sizes ranging from ¼ inch to 4 inches, they are designed for high-pressure applications and are widely used in piping systems for their strength and durability.
Offering excellent corrosion resistance, this 45-degree elbow is designed to redirect flow in a piping system. Available in sizes from ¼ inch to 4 inches, it is suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature applications, ensuring reliable and leak-proof connections.
Highly resistant to corrosion, this elbow facilitates changes in direction with a 45-degree bend. Standard sizes range from ½” to 4″ in diameter. It redirects its flow in pipelines, especially in chemical and petrochemical industries.
With robust corrosion resistance, this tee fitting branches off a pipeline. Available in sizes from ¼ inch to 4 inches, it allows flow distribution in three directions, making it versatile for various industrial applications.
Providing strong corrosion resistance, this half coupling connects two pieces of pipe. Sizes range from ¼ inch to 4 inches, and it is ideal for applications requiring a reliable and secure connection in both industrial and residential settings.
Featuring excellent corrosion resistance, this cross-fitting allows for connecting four pipes. It is available in sizes from ¼ inch to 4 inches and is commonly used in complex piping systems requiring multiple branches.
SS 304/304L forged fittings find application in water supply networks, oil refineries, food-grade piping lines, and drug equipment. Their strength and corrosion resistance qualify them for use in pressure lines, storage tanks, and heat exchanger systems. These are also used in breweries, dairy plants, and beverage plants for clean, rust-free piping. Their weldability and high sanitation needs qualify them for use in sterile and cleanroom settings. SS 304/304L forged fittings are reliable in critical fluid transportation systems for their capability to provide optimum performance and long-time structural integrity in corrosive and mildly aggressive environments.
