We also ensure that the process of quality assurance commences by employing raw materials that have been sourced exclusively by vendors who have been certified. All the batches are rigorously checked to ensure chemical composition, mechanical strength and corrosion resistance are satisfactory according to the international standards such as ASTM, ASME, DIN and ISO. We provide stainless steel in different types such as 304, 316, 310, 202 among others which are tested and certified to be used in the relevant industry.

Harshita Stainless has in place a rigorous quality managerial system in tandem with the international standard ISO 9001:2015. Strict checks are done at each step in the process, namely, raw material intake, production, finishing, and final dispatch by our highly committed quality control department. We perform in-house inspections by checking dimensions, surface finish, hardness, and Positive Material Identification (PMI), so that every goods piece will meet or even surpass the expectations customers have.

To accommodate the industries with very tough applications, we will provide all documentation including Mill Test Certificates (MTCs), as per EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2.
