Harshita Stainless produces and supplies high-quality EP Tees (Electropolished Tees) in Delhi, India, for high–purity process piping systems. They are made of SS 316L and are electropolished to increase corrosion resistance and surface smoothness. The highly polished internal finish considerably minimizes microbial attachment and contamination risk, making them suitable for high-purity use. EP Tees are constructed from SS 316L with 16–18% Cr, 10–14% Ni, and 2–3% Mo to provide excellent pitting resistance and strength. They provide tensile strength of 500–700 MPa and yield strength of 200–300 MPa. Electropolishing enhances corrosion resistance and provides a Ra (roughness average) of <0.4 µm for sterile-grade interior. EP Tees are resistant to chemicals, steam sterilization, and microbial growth and are suitable for hygienic systems.
