Harshita Stainless is a reliable manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Dairy Reducers, operating in Dubai and India. We focus on producing concentric and eccentric reducers that meet international standards like SMS, DIN, and ISO. Our reducers are made from hygienic-grade stainless steel, typically SS 304 or SS 316L, ensuring durability, resistance to corrosion, and easy maintenance. With modern manufacturing capabilities and a skilled workforce, we provide precision-engineered reducers that support sanitary processes in the dairy, food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Harshita Stainless delivers timely, cost-effective, high-performance solutions for global fluid-processing systems.
Our dairy reducers are mainly made of SS 304 and SS 316L stainless steel. SS 304 has about 18% chromium and 8% nickel, while SS 316L contains about 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, and 2–3% molybdenum for better corrosion resistance. The standard tensile strength ranges from 485 to 620 MPa, yield strength is around 170–310 MPa, and elongation is 40% or more. The reducers are fully annealed, pickled, and polished to surface roughness levels as low as Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, offering excellent strength, hygiene, and weldability.

SS 304 Dairy Reducers are commonly used in dairy processing for their excellent corrosion resistance and durability. Typically available in various sizes ranging from 1/2″ to 6″, these reducers ensure reliable performance in sanitary applications. They offer a high level of resistance to oxidation and rust, making them ideal for demanding environments.
Stainless Steel 304L Dairy Fittings Reducers are designed for low-temperature environments and offer enhanced resistance to corrosion and oxidation. They are available in sizes from 1/2″ to 4″ and are known for their low carbon content, which improves weldability and reduces susceptibility to sensitization. These reducers ensure longevity and reliability in dairy processing systems.
SS 316 Dairy Fitting Reducers provide superior corrosion resistance, particularly in environments with higher chloride exposure. They are available in sizes from 1/2″ to 6″ and are ideal for applications requiring high levels of sanitation and durability. Their resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion makes them suitable for harsh processing conditions.
Stainless Steel 316L Dairy Reducers are known for their low carbon content, which minimizes the risk of carbide precipitation during welding. They are available in sizes ranging from 1/2″ to 4″ and offer exceptional corrosion resistance, especially in chloride-rich environments. These reducers are ideal for high-purity dairy applications requiring excellent durability.
SS 90-Degree Dairy Reducers are designed to facilitate smooth transitions at a 90-degree angle within dairy processing systems. Available in sizes from 1/2″ to 4″, they ensure minimal pressure loss and turbulence. Their stainless steel construction provides robust corrosion resistance, making them suitable for demanding dairy environments.
Stainless Steel 304L 45 Deg. Dairy Reducers are engineered for gradual transitions at a 45-degree angle, reducing flow turbulence and improving system efficiency. Sizes range from 1/2″ to 4″, and the 304L stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance and weldability. They are perfect for dairy applications requiring both durability and smooth flow.
Dairy reducers are widely used in industries where sanitary flow transitions are essential, such as dairy processing, milk chilling plants, food and beverage production, and cosmetic manufacturing. These reducers enable smooth, hygienic connections between pipes of different sizes, preventing fluid stagnation and ensuring easy clean-in-place operations. In pharmaceutical and biotech settings, they aid in sterile fluid transfer systems. Their resistance to corrosion, easy polishing, and compatibility with other sanitary fittings make them ideal for handling hygienic fluids in breweries, water treatment facilities, and food-grade tank pipelines.
