Harshita Stainless is a quality manufacturer and supplier of AWS Class ER316/316L SAW and Flux in Delhi, India. Formulated for welding molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steels, this blend provides improved resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking. ER316/316L is specifically applicable to fabrication of marine, pharmaceutical, and chemical equipment. Harshita‘s welding consumables are especially famous for stable arc performance, low spatter, and high deposition efficiency. Focusing on quality control and both AWS and international standards, Harshita provides reliable weld strength and corrosion protection for submerged arc welding processes in corrosive or high-moisture conditions.
ER316/316L has 18–20% chromium, 11–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and low carbon (<0.03%) for the “L“ variant. This composition provides increased corrosion resistance, especially in chloride-rich environments. It provides a tensile strength of ≥75 ksi, yield strength ≥55 ksi, and elongation ≥30%. The low carbon type avoids precipitation of carbides during welding. The flux enhances the wire with superior slag control, smooth surface finish, and high arc stability. The combination is suitable for making high-quality welds in stainless steel pipe, pressure vessels, and structural parts subject to corrosive environments.

These measures collectively guarantee 100% client satisfaction and confidence in the integrity of our products.
ER316/316L SAW and Flux have general application in industries that handle corrosive liquids like marine, chemical process, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage. It finds typical use in tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and piping systems. The molybdenum addition in the alloy provides resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in salt water and acidic environments. It‘s commonly applied in desalination facilities, offshore platforms, and pharmaceutical processing equipment. The “L“ rating provides enhanced weldability and resistance to intergranular corrosion. These consumables provide extended service life and performance in high-humidity or severe chemical environments where standard stainless alloys can fail.
