Stainless Steel 409 Stud Bolts are ferritic stainless steels made predominantly of iron (Fe) with 10.5–11.75% chromium (Cr), and trace elements such as low carbon, manganese, silicon, and titanium. This alloy provides improved resistance to corrosion, particularly at high temperatures. These bolts have a tensile strength of 380–450 MPa, yield strength of 200–250 MPa, and 20% elongation.
