Stainless Steel 321/321H stud bolts are produced in Dubai and India for applications that need high-temperature resistance and mechanical strength. These fasteners are made from titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel and come in full or partial thread configurations. The 321H version has a higher carbon content for better creep resistance. These stud bolts are commonly used in pressure vessels, exhaust systems, and heat treatment chambers. They are precision-manufactured with good surface finish and thread integrity, meeting ASTM A193 standards and supplied with material certifications, making them great for heavy-duty bolting in harsh conditions.
SS 321/321H contains 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, with titanium (≥5×C%) as a stabilizer. 321H has a higher carbon content (up to 0.10%) for improved creep resistance. These stud bolts offer tensile strength of 515–620 MPa, yield strength of about 205 MPa, and elongation of 35%. Titanium prevents carbide precipitation during welding and heat exposure, which helps keep corrosion resistance. These bolts maintain dimensional and mechanical stability at temperatures up to 870°C. Their mix of toughness, hardness, and heat resistance guarantees reliable fastening performance under high pressure and thermal cycling.

SS 321/321H stud bolts are used in high-temperature bolted joints like flanges, valves, turbine assemblies, and exhaust systems. Industries including petrochemical, power generation, shipbuilding, and aerospace use these bolts in critical high-stress settings. Their resistance to oxidation and intergranular corrosion allows them to work well in steam boilers, heat exchangers, furnace systems, and welded pipe networks. The 321H variant is ideal where creep strength matters. These stud bolts provide structural reliability, a long service life, and low maintenance in extreme mechanical and thermal conditions, making them essential for reliable fastened joints.
