Processed from SS 304, 316L, and 316Ti materials, these fittings are rich in chromium (18–20%) and nickel (8–12%). Some of these grades have molybdenum for chlorides’ resistance. Fittings exhibit tensile strength of 500–750 MPa and yield strength of 200–300 MPa. With mill or polished finishes, they are resistant to corrosion and chemical attack while providing good weldability and mechanical strength. Eccentric fittings avoid air-locking; concentric preserve axis alignment. Precise design provides tight sealing and sanitary flow.
