Harshita Stainless, a prominent manufacturer and supplier located in Delhi, India, is renowned for its top-notch Stainless Steel 316L Valves, celebrated for their outstanding durability and resistance to corrosion. Meticulously crafted, these valves are built to perform reliably even in the most demanding industrial settings. Our 316L valves adhere to strict quality standards, ensuring they last long and provide efficient flow control in critical applications. Trusted across various sectors, including chemical, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, and food processing, Harshita Stainless delivers valves that blend sturdy construction with excellent resistance to harsh chemicals and high temperatures, making them the go-to choice for dependable fluid handling solutions.
Stainless Steel 316L Valves are primarily made up of chromium (16-18%), nickel (10-14%), and molybdenum (2-3%), which greatly improve their resistance to corrosion, particularly against chlorides and acidic environments. The low carbon content (maximum 0.03%) helps reduce carbide precipitation during welding, which in turn prevents intergranular corrosion. These valves boast impressive mechanical properties, featuring a tensile strength of about 75 ksi and good elongation of nearly 30%. Their strength and resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking make 316L valves perfect for tough industrial applications that involve corrosive fluids and high temperatures.
