High-performance Stainless Steel Gate Valves are produced and provided by Harshita Stainless in Delhi, India. These valves are designed for full-off or full-on fluid control and ensure safe, reliable shut-off of piping systems. Produced from first-class stainless steel, our gate valves ensure durable sealing, low head loss, and longer service life. Rising and non-rising stem types, and sizes ranging from ½″ to 12″, are available, meeting API, ANSI, and DIN standards. They are well suited for oil & gas, water treatment, and chemical processing industries that demand reliability and close shut-offs.
Our gate valves are constructed with SS 304, 316, and 316L bodies and trims. All these contain 18–20% chromium, 8–12% nickel, with molybdenum in 316 grades. Tensile strength is usually 500–700 MPa, yield strength is 200–300 MPa, and they can withstand high pressures and temperature. Precision machining allows tight seating surfaces, less leakage, and rugged operation. With hardened seats, they also perform in abrasive or chemically aggressive media.
