Delhi, India-based Harshita Stainless is a reliable manufacturer and supplier of AWS Class ER347 SAW and Flux. For high-temperature and corrosion-resistant applications, this welding wire-flux package is specifically designed for welding stabilized stainless steels. ER347 provides greater resistance to intergranular corrosion, particularly in applications where sustained elevated temperatures are involved. Harshita‘s knowledge of stainless welding consumables guarantees consistent product quality, stable arc flow, and low spatter. With AWS-compliance and high-quality checks, Harshita Stainless exports ER347 SAW and Flux to petrochemical, power plants, and pressure vessel industries, both within and outside India.
AWS Class ER347 is an austenitic stainless steel welding wire with chromium (19–21%), nickel (9–11%), and niobium (columbium) for stabilization of carbides. The alloy avoids intergranular corrosion following welding, particularly in service at high temperatures. The mechanical properties are tensile strength of ≥75 ksi, yield strength ≥55 ksi, and elongation ≥30%. The flux applied with ER347 improves bead appearance, slag removal, and arc properties, producing quality submerged arc welds. This blend offers superior weld metal toughness and thermal fatigue resistance, which is well suited to elevated service temperature conditions.

We uphold stringent quality standards for our AWS Class ER347 SAW and FLUX, subjecting them to rigorous testing. Our extensive tests encompass the Hardness Test, Chemical Analysis via Spector Analysis, PMI Testing, Flattening Test, Micro and Macro Tests, Pitting Resistance Test, Flaring Test, and Intergranular Corrosion (IGC) Test. Commercial invoice, packaging list, Certificate of Origin, and Guarantee Letter accompany our products. For added assurance, we offer third-party inspection certificates, validating the excellence and suitability of our AWS Class ER347 SAW and FLUX across various applications and ensuring client satisfaction.
AWS Class ER347 SAW and Flux are well suited for welding high-temperature and pressure Type 321 and 347 stainless steels. Typical applications include chemical processing, heat exchangers, refinery piping, and pressure vessels. It‘s particularly ideal for parts experiencing thermal cycling or where post-weld heat treatment is not feasible. Wire-flux system provides uniform bead quality and prevents sensitization and carbide precipitation, qualifying it as a premier option for superheated steam line long-term durability, furnace components, and nuclear power applications. ER347 also finds application in aerospace and marine construction requiring high corrosion and creep resistance.
