It achieves tensile strengths between 620–770 MPa and yield strengths around 310–450 MPa, with an elongation of 40–55%. Impact toughness values typically exceed 80 J at room temperature. The high alloy content ensures excellent resistance to chloride-induced pitting and crevice corrosion. The wire demonstrates stable arc performance, precise deposition control, and minimal spatter, making it suitable for MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) processes when welding 300-series stainless steels.
