To guarantee reliable performance and longevity, Harshita Stainless uses cutting-edge manufacturing processes and premium raw materials to create these bars. The business provides dependable stainless steel solutions with fast service and affordable prices, and they are widely used in furnaces, heat treatment equipment, and petrochemical processing. Harshita Stainless serves both domestic and international markets with a commitment to quality and innovation.
20–22% chromium, 10–12% nickel, 1.4–2.2% silicon, and trace amounts of rare earth metals and nitrogen to improve oxidation resistance make up stainless steel 253MA bars. These bars have outstanding creep strength at high temperatures, with a tensile strength of roughly 600–800 MPa and a yield strength of about 310 MPa. 253MA is perfect for high-heat applications because it retains its structural integrity up to 1150°C. The alloy also demonstrates good resistance to carburization, sulfur attack, and thermal fatigue while maintaining excellent weldability and mechanical performance under prolonged thermal stress.
