Stainless Steel 321/321H forged fittings are produced by top suppliers in Dubai and India to meet demands for heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant connections. These fittings, including elbows, tees, couplings, and unions, are made from titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel, providing excellent strength and weldability. Grade 321H, which has a higher carbon content, is ideal for applications needing better creep resistance. Manufactured according to ASTM A182 standards, these forged fittings ensure tight sealing and long-lasting durability in systems with high temperatures and pressures. They are well-suited for petrochemical plants, refineries, marine engineering, and thermal processing.
SS 321/321H contains 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, and titanium for stabilization (≥5×C%). 321H has more carbon (0.04–0.10%) than 321 (≤0.08%) to improve high-temperature strength. The alloy’s tensile strength ranges from 515–620 MPa, with a yield strength around 205 MPa and elongation of about 35%. Titanium stabilization prevents intergranular corrosion after welding, while 321H retains its structural integrity at temperatures up to 870°C. These forged fittings maintain excellent mechanical performance in welding, forming, and prolonged high-heat exposure, making them reliable solutions in tough service environments.
